Job Title: Solar Sales Closer – Pre-Set Appointments (1099, Florida)

Pay: $150,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission, top closers)

What you'll do

• Run scheduled in-home consultations with pre-qualified, educated homeowners
• Present system options, savings, ROI, and financing clearly and confidently
• Use our structured sales process to close consistently
• Keep operations in the loop so installs move fast

Who we're looking for

• Solar closing experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Confident presenter and strong negotiator
• Driven by numbers and accountable to your KPIs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus. Florida homeowners will love you for it.
